FCE Benefit Administrators, Inc.
Located in California and Texas, FCE Benefit Administrators is known for providing health and welfare benefits to federally contracted employees. Originally contracted to write a small commissions tracking database, we now function as their virtual IT department and have migrated six separate internal databases into one streamlined integrated program that enables communication across departments.

After many years of writing Human Resource and benefit tracking systems, CA Systems decided to solve a common problem in the marketplace today for small to medium size companies: the integration of benefits and payroll. We have created a fully web based application that enables companies to process their payroll and track employee benefit elections.
